Giorgia Milne entered the world of CST through the Milne Institute, and eventually felt called to move fully into biodynamics. Her exploration has culminated in Biodynamic Cranial Touch, an approach she now teaches around the world. In this interview, Giorgia talks about her rich history in the field and the “guiding principle” that has kept her tapped into the many gifts that stillness and spontaneity bring.
